Documents are used by people, business entities, and organizations in accordance with rights to use archival documents. Types of use are as follows: -to review and study in the reading room -to make open for researchers -to advertise utilizing channels of communication -to publish documents -to obtain a copy and reference from archival documents(a person and / or an organization) -to organize an exhibition Some of the work is to create a guide of documents, and to automate the searching system, in order to develop a serving system of archival information.
