   The General Archival Authority operates in charge of Implementing the State Policy on Archive and Records Management, providing all archival organizations’ operations with professional management, inspecting, developing archival document registration, research, reference, acquisition, preservation, protection and restoration process based on information technological advantages, organizing activities to discover, reproduce or purchase archival documents in foreign countries, which are relevant to the culture and history of Mongolia, and enrich archival fond  with them and making open for researchers, and in charge of advertising to public and hand it to our next generation in safety.
